Roger Glass has worked in the financial services industry since 1971. Before joining Martin Financial Group in 1994, he was a nationwide Advanced Marketing Consultant for the American General Companies of Houston, Texas. Prior to his stint with American General, he was head of the Pension and Estate Planning Departments for a Dallas/Fort Worth based insurance company. His decision to join Martin Financial Group was based on his desire to return to private practice so that he could help people and businesses reach their financial goals through a hands-on approach.

Roger’s specialization is in Retirement Planning working with people nearing or in retirement, however his practice involves many other financial disciplines including: small business retirement planning and insurance strategies, fee-based individual financial plans, life insurance, disability insurance, investments, long term care insurance, education funding, and much more.

On a personal note he is married and has two children. He is an active member of his church working with the Missions Team and enjoys fishing, golf and travelling.
