Michael Anderson

Michael began his Financial Services career right out of college, working for a small insurance and estate planning firm, where he worked for several years. Prior to joining Martin Financial Group, he spent 12 years as an annuity wholesaler/Regional Vice President for several major insurance companies, helping advisors utilize different products with their clients to help them accomplish their financial goals. 

His experience working with other advisors for so many years has put Michael in a unique position to assist clients in fulfilling their financial and lifetime goals by providing guidance through the different stages of life. Michael’s focus is on helping families and small businesses make informed financial decisions for their immediate and long-term needs and goals.

At the University of Wisconsin, Michael achieved a degree in Consumer Science and Personal Finance while competing as a member of the Varsity Men’s Crew Team and winning three Ten-Eyck National Championships, as well as volunteering as a peer financial counselor on campus.

Michael has lived in the DFW area since 2011 and currently resides in Frisco with his wife, Marija, and two daughters, Sloane and Reagan. He is an active coach and competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and coaches his daughters’ various sports teams.
